A great legacy
The name P-I comes from our co-founder, Professor Per-Ingvar Brånemark, the Swedish physician who discovered Osseointegration and developed the procedures and devices that today restore function and quality of life to millions of people around the world. His legacy inspires and guides everything we do.
The P-I Brånemark Implant Systems were developed by Professor Brånemark, Lennart Carlsson and Fabio Giannini, together with clinicians and scientists from renowned universities, to meet the demands of modern implant dentistry.
